Ergonomics:

The application is ergonimically designed, minimizing user - computer interaction, being accesible also to less computer using qualified staff. Relevant operations to an area of the warehouse are grouped on a single form (ex .: reception of merchandise, freight entry warehouse pallets consolidation, searching for a destination location).

Internationalization:

The views of the application are available in multiple languages, making the work of the users easier. One can change the language within all windows, during work, without being necessary to authenticate again.

Intuitive presentation:

Due to the graphical representation of information, the user is helped in his work (for example,on mixing, the "levels" of goods that are on the palette are clearly presented, including picture of the product to be mixed, so that the possibility of making mistakes is considerably reduced.

Extensibility:

Feature of our application to keep up with the existing system (for example, an accounting system where are kept the notices or the orders, and which, by bidirectional communication, takes these orders and notices in WEE system and informs the other system about stocks).

Archiving of data:

The staff's activity can be seen in time , all operations that were performed on a pallet, location, notices, orders, inventories, etc. Data is kept in the system for a period of time which can be set right inside of the application.

Adaptability:

The application comes with a set of parameters that can be modified, adjusted according to customer's requirements - the list of notifications based on e-mails, which can be changed as the customer wants, the period for data history storage etc.

Integration with other applications:

The ability to save application data as Word, Excel, PDF. XML, TXT

Monitoring:

Reports, notifications to monitor warehouse, that allow the reaction in a timely manner, for replenishment, or prevention of some other issues.

Android application:

Through this Android app , you can check in any moment and from any location the stocks status. You can place orders, book cargo, view desired statistics directly from the phone in a simple and intuitive manner.

All these make from WEE a cleaning up warehouses product, by the fact that each pallet is labeled and is kept a close track of the pallet in the warehouse as well as the operations carried out on the pallet. Our product also increases productivity by the fact that workers are guided by the system in their daily work, and so they know precisely the targeted locations, goods, etc., reaching a better usage of time, compared to the case where such a warehouse management system would be missing. Another important aspect is the reduction or even the elimination of losses, because through the use of the corresponding algorithms for storage / delivering of cargo from the warehouse is ensured the proper rotation of the merchandise in the warehouse, and thus the merchandise with expiration period is delivered to the actual client before the expiration of the goods.

The modules of the application are:

the most important components
It's the module that handles reception of the goods. The data arrives into the system, either through direct import from the existing accounting system or ERP or entered manually by the user. Is offered the possible correction of these data, and once validated / verified, the assigning trucks at the entrance gates is made , and the unloading of the merchandise in the reception area can start.
The consolidation is visually aided by the graphical application, that helps the worker in the formation of palettes to be stored. The module handles the printing of labels for newly formed palettes, and once labeled, these pallets are stored in the system using storage module which indicates the exact location of the pallet in the warehouse. There is a level of confirmation of this storage operation that makes it safe , ensuring that the user has stored at the location indicated. The storage is done either considering various algorithms, either using the association in the warehouse between products and certain areas (ie. products flammable aerosols, refrigerated products will have special areas assigned to them).
Delivery orders are taken from the accounting system / ERP, or entered manually, and once the data is validated, the mixing operation can be started . The module provides user visual aid for this operation, by indicating which pallets must be mixed , quantities from the pallet,the passing order, then passing to the formation of pallets to be shipped to beneficiaries.
The system also offers visual help here for loading trucks, relying on the predefined truck routes , and the delivery order to the recipients.
The system provides the possibility of defining prescribed routes on which trucks should follow in their path to the beneficiaries.
It is one of the key modules of the application, with a crucial importance in maintaining a clear image of the warehouse and the merchandise stored here. The module allows the creation of inventories on areas, on locations after a particular product, or even by some quantities of a product. The printing of the inventory lists, and the way to correct the deficiencies found in the system after the inventory was performed are provided.
The statistics and reports module is the "coat of arms" of each company, allowing employees, especially management, to monitor the efficient use of storage space, the performances achieved by the system as well as the productivity of the employees. The reports are complex, presenting both the productivity of the employees and details of the stock in the warehouse, the history of the orders and notices, on periods of time and based upon some suppliers/ beneficiaries. On demand and of course depending by each client's profile, several on-demand reports can be made - for example, a top containing the most requested / transported product from the warehouse, etc. The statistics are graphically presenting various "aspects" of the warehouse, such as the degree of filling, or the ratio between different types of products stored in the warehouse, etc. And these reports are customizable and adaptable to customer's requirements, in addition to the standard set of statistics being able to deliver other statistics on request.
This module is used for managing the base data of the application(customers, products, transport units, unit types transport, transportation, types of packaging, application settings, users, routes). Using intuitive graphical masks,it's permitted the management of this data, from adding them up to the modification and deletion of such data. Support in taking over this data is provided , where appropriate, from other systems (for example, taking over data about products from an accounting system used by the client).
This is also an important module; it allows a clear view of the "mirror" of the warehouse, showing to the user through a impeccable graphical interface all locations from the warehouse with detailed information about them, such as the products that are stored at those locations, the reservations made for these products, the existing bottlenecks on these locations, and very important, customizable depending on customer's requirements, the possibility of displaying the locations that hold goods which have the expiry period in the following x days, where x is a number that client can modify in the configuration system, to be as efficient as it can be for his business. In special cases, some operations over a location are ensured(the blockage of a location, setting the status of free / busy or its reservation), but all these operations are carried out only by the administrator of the warehouse, in special cases.
WEE offers multiple ways of communication with Host Systems(ERP Systems, accounting applications, other systems with which we need to change data on cargo notices , shipping orders and the situation in real time of stocks) respectively the facilities of activity monitoring for the warehouse staff.
It includes the application for mobile terminals which contributes to increasing the speed of development of all operations in the warehouse as well as a greater accuracy for these operations , because multiple confirmations take place, by scans that are made, concerning the completion of some warehouse operations (mixing, storage, the identification of goods from one location by scanning them, or the identification of products on a pallet by barcode scanning of the palette, etc.).
Based on the history of data (transportation, orders, notices, stocks, locations, transport units) the customer has a clear picture of what happened in the warehouse, who is responsible, among users, of certain events, being able to "go back in time" a period which he sets in the application, to monitor those events.
